A pleasing fruity aroma of blackberries with a woodsy flavor are the essence of this variety used mainly as a bittering agent in organic beers.

Pedigree:  New Zealand "Smooth cone" and Californian Late Cluster x Fuggle

Brewing Usage:  Bittering

Aroma: Delicate blackberry and floral or oak tones

Alpha Acids %: 13.5 - 16.0

Beta Acids %:  7.0 - 9.0
