This cocktail keg set is designed for cold, consistent service without preparing every drink individually. The insulated stainless steel keg keeps the prepared cocktail chilled for hours, while the iKegger 2.0 Tap System and 2.0 Multigas Mini Regulator provide controlled pressure and an even pour. The included CO₂ bulbs supply the pressure required to dispense pre-batched cocktails cleanly from the tap. Depending on pressure, temperature and serving time, CO₂ may also add some carbonation to the drink. The reusable white mini keg is manufactured from 304 stainless steel and features double-wall vacuum insulation. This construction helps maintain a low serving temperature while providing a robust, hygienic container for repeated cocktail preparation and beverage storage.

Choose the 2L keg for smaller cocktail batches, dinner parties or compact refrigerator storage. The 5L keg is suited to larger gatherings, events and occasions where several servings need to be prepared in advance. The white powder-coated finish creates a clean home-bar appearance, while the integrated handles support easy transport and positioning. The keg is also stackable and designed to use storage space efficiently. For reliable dispensing, fill the keg only with well-mixed liquids. Ice cubes, passion fruit seeds, fruit pieces and garnishes should not be placed inside the keg because they may restrict the dip tube or tap. Add fresh passion fruit, lime, vanilla, ice and other garnishes directly to the glass when serving.

About the Boiron Passion Fruit Purée
Boiron Passion Fruit Purée, 1L is a pasteurised fruit purée made from 100% passion fruit for cocktail preparation and controlled fruit addition. It provides a defined passion fruit aroma, noticeable acidity and consistent flavour without requiring additional preparation. With a specified value of 13 °Bx and a pH of 3.15, the purée supports repeatable cocktail recipes and accurately portioned batches. Its pasteurised format simplifies clean handling, while the 100% fruit composition makes it suitable for fruit-forward cocktails, mocktails and other beverage recipes.

Storage: Store the unopened purée below 25 °C and protect it from direct heat. Refrigerate after opening and use within 15 days.

Can I choose between a 2L and a 5L keg?
Yes. Select either the 2L or 5L insulated white keg from the dropdown menu before adding the package to your cart.

Is this a complete cocktail dispensing system?
Yes. The package includes the keg, tap system, multigas regulator, CO₂ bulbs, keg stand, drip tray, ice cube tray and passion fruit purée.

Can I prepare the Pornstar Martini batch in advance?
Yes. Mix and chill the cocktail before filling the cleaned keg. Keep fruit pieces, seeds, ice and garnishes outside the keg and add them directly to each glass.

Does CO₂ only dispense the cocktail, or will it carbonate it?
CO₂ provides the pressure required for dispensing. Depending on serving pressure, temperature and storage time, some CO₂ may also dissolve into the cocktail and create light carbonation.

Which keg size is best for a home bar?
The 2L keg is suitable for smaller batches and compact refrigerator storage. The 5L version is better for parties, events and serving a larger number of drinks.

Is the keg insulated?
